Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Shipping Time:

  • Due to high demand, delivery may take approximately 7-15 days from the date of processing. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance, can extend delivery times.

Delivery:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • We deliver globally, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our products.

  • If there are any delays or changes to your expected delivery schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
